But I didn't learn this work in a classroom.
I grew up inside it.
3 continents. 9 schools.
By ninth grade, I'd attended nine schools across the Middle East, Europe, and Canada.
When you're the new girl nine years in a row - sometimes unable to speak the language - you learn to read people differently. You notice who gets included, who gets overlooked, and why.
You learn to notice the subtle signals most people miss.
Looking back, I realize I was studying human perception years before I had a name for it.
It was never about the jacket.
Early in my career, I thought I was helping women improve their appearance.
Then it became clear the real change wasn't just happening in the mirror. Women weren't just changing how they looked. They were changing how people saw them.
That's when I understood this work was never just about the jacket. It was about closing the gap between who they were and how they were perceived because that's often the difference between being overlooked and earning bigger opportunities.
My own journey
I arrived in the U.S. alone at 17, painfully shy.
Seven years later, I gave my first professional keynote.
That's why I know presence isn't something you're born with.
It's a skill you can learn, refine, and use intentionally.
That's exactly what I teach.
This work has never been about changing who you are.
It's about making sure people see the woman you've been all along.
