Early in my speaking career, I noticed something. In a room of women, the conversation could become surprisingly personal and honest. But the moment a man entered, something changed. Women sat differently, became more cautious, and often stopped saying what they really wanted to say.

That experience shaped my work. I help women understand what they may be communicating without realizing it through how they look, move, and speak, as well as the inner conversation that can help them step forward or hold them back.

For more than 30 years, I’ve spoken to both women only and mixed audiences, tailoring every presentation to the people in the room.
